Hi, I'm Beth. I am a lover of movement and anything creative. At heart I am a professional actress and musical theatre performer as well as a Pilates, Barre and Musical Theatre Instructor. I strive to bring you the joy of dance, and the power of Pilates, alongside restoring a positive, joyous attachment to moving your body.

Welcome to the realm of Pilates, Barre, Reformer and dance. The main focus of each class is the way each exercise makes you feel. Moving your body should leave you feeling energized, focused and fulfilled. No punishment needed. An intense, sensory workout awaits.

My new studio is up and running at the wonderful Weybridge Lawn Tennis Club by the River. You can find me here on Mondays-Fridays (excluding Thursdays) for 1:1 mat and reformer session.
